Crate & Barrel- About my role
My position was the start of a new role at Crate & Barrel. In the beginning they had an idea about what the role might consist of but, ultimately did not know which direction it would go. I jumped in head first and quickly became the go to specialist between design and development.
I would design some of the large pages like Homepage and then take them into their software and build them with my knowledge of html. They quickly realized that i was a huge asset to the team and wondered how they ever coped without me.
60th Anniversary Homepage
The 60th Anniversary was one to celebrate! The creative focused on a look back on design throughout the years with a touch of some beautifully designed mid-century modern pieces. We wanted to make sure this celebration was front and center on the Homepage.
I took on the majority of the work for this page, creating the video, laying out the design and ultimately building it on the back end. I became the go to lead for everything 60th anniversary and also designed most of the other supporting pages for this launch.
