This benefits email was part of a serious of emails that went out to any employees who receive health benefits. This email used a very simple template that i created in the beginning so that all the emails would have that same style throughout. Overall, a series of 5 different styles of templates were used. Once templates had been finalized, i began designing the emails.

I started by brainstorming images in Getty and creating light boxes, often times sorting though hundreds of images. Once I received final copy I would begin inputing the copy and imagery into the designated templates. I finished by packaging all the creative up and sending it out to the companies who would then add their co-brand and send out to their employees.
